Years of thought and research have gone into building a high-performance, cost-effective turntable that looks not only stunningly stylish and modern but also delivers superb sound quality.
The previous metal tray was heavier than that of any competitor in the market and at this price point. But the new TPE (ThermoPlastic Elastomer) technology helps to thoroughly dampen the plate’s resonances while increasing its weight to 1.7kg.
The new Debut Carbon EVO has three, even more robust metal feet, better cushioned, adjustable in height, and ensuring a positioning that adapts to all surfaces to improve further the frame’s stability on uneven surfaces imperative to enjoy audiophile sound indeed.
Specs
As on audiophile turntables, the new high-end engine and suspension assembly are offset from the turntable axis, unlike a DJ turntable.
The Debut Carbon EVO has also been equipped with an electronic gearshift. Indeed, high definition 9 ” and 45 rpm vinyl are more popular and common because of their superior sound quality.
Besides changing the playback speed quickly with just the push of a button, the speed is electronically controlled with maximum precision, resulting in the most reliable and stable speed possible.
In order to guarantee an optimal connection with the amplifier, all Pro-Ject turntables are delivered with a high-end RCA phono cable. The Connect-it E is a semi-symmetrical cable with low capacitance and is equipped with an upper shield.
