Late last year, Yamaha Motor Corporation introduced the 2021 MT-09 Hyper Naked Motorcycle as the new model in the company’s hyper naked line.
It showcases Yamaha’s signature Master of Torque design which features a toque-rich engine with decreased weight and new looks. It’s lighter, more powerful, and comes with advanced technology.
The new Yamaha Motor MT-09 hyper motorcycle is equipped with advanced electronic controls and engines.
It’s powered by an EU5 889cc liquid-cooled fuel injection and upgraded internal components including lightweight forged pistons that allow smooth and high-revving power when in use.
It also comes with optimized transmission rations which have a 6-speed transmission and multi-plate assistance that gives you more power and options when riding.
When it comes to the size and weight, the bike is eight-pounds lighter compared to the old model, weighing in at only 417 pounds.
Thanks to Yamaha’s controlled filing casting technology, the motorcycle also comes with a new aluminum frame which is designed to ensure the bike’s agility and stability at all times.
For comfort, the new motorcycle comes with an adjustable riding position that accommodates riders of varying physiques. Handlebars and footpegs can be rotated and raised to your needs.
The technology that comes with the bike is also pretty extraordinary: 6-Axis IMU, Rider-supporting traction control system, lean angle-sensitive traction control system, brake control system with ABS as well as lift control system.
The 2021 MT-09 also comes with plenty of additional features including next-generation design, full LED lighting headlight beam, and a handful of accessories and customizations.
