Naim Audio announces a new version of the already successful and multi-award-winning Mu-so 2nd Generation wireless speaker called Mu-so Wood Edition.
Design
The Mu-so Wood Edition goes beyond just its elaborate finish and luxurious appearance. Its excellent performance makes it one of the best options to be able to get the best music anywhere in the house, as well as to improve the audio of the television.
The new Mu-so Wood Edition speaker maintains the structure of the Mu-so 2nd Generation but with a much more elegant finish. It is clad in sustainable ayous wood, an African tree with a light, yet resistant and highly versatile wood, long used by some brands in the construction of guitars and furniture.
The manufacturers have worked with this wood, achieving a light oak finish that accentuates the careful appearance of the speaker. The finish is maintained with a front grille in light tones and the typical heat sink that is touched with ionized aluminum.
Connectivity
The speaker also allows wireless transmission of all music services, with integrated Spotify Connect, TIDAL, Qobuz, Deezer, or Google Play Music through Chromecast.
Compatible with Google Assistant and AirPlay 2, this device is easily controllable also thanks to the Naim app. Mu-so Wood Edition uses Naim’s specific music streaming platform, offering unmatched performance for both wireless speakers and reference-level players.
Multiroom Setup
Naim Mu-so Wood Edition is also capable of a multiroom system so that it is possible to synchronize different equipment at the touch of a button to achieve in this way enjoy music in all the rooms of our house, being able to have different musical contents in the different rooms if so we wish.
In addition, it also can be used as a Bluetooth speaker that can be connected through HDMI ARC to the television that will expand and improve its sound very effectively.
There’s also UPnP support for ultra-high resolution streaming (up to 32-bit / 384 kHz) of your own music collection.
